Carroll County Solid Waste

The Solid Waste Department of Carroll County, in collaboration with the State of Kentucky, addresses illegal dumping and manages roadside litter with the help of volunteer groups and Class D Inmates. The department also handles nuisance complaints to maintain a clean environment. As the Solid Waste Director, I oversee waste management, recycling, and public education, while also managing grants and addressing illegal dumping. In my role as Floodplain Manager, I ensure compliance with floodplain regulations, issue permits, conduct inspections, and engage in disaster response. As a FEMA Applicant Agent, I manage grant applications, project documentation, and financial oversight to support disaster recovery efforts.
